Parking is available in any open spot unless otherwise marked. You can also park in front with street parking or across the street in the dirt lot.
An internal pelvic floor assessment looks at the pelvic floor muscles for tension, coordination, strength and power via a digital examination (no speculums) to best assess and come up with a treatment for your individual symptoms. They are only performed with your consent.
Yes! However, if you are in pain and would like to decline an internal exam while on your cycle that is always an option.
Yes! A birth doula is a support person who is there to help during pregnancy, labor and early postpartum. They can help advocate for you and your desires, help with pain management prior to the epidural, work on changing positions to help labor progress, and so much more.
This is a big, ‘it depends’ answer. However, at the end of each session we take the last 5-10 minutes to go over what we found, what it means and what I believe the next steps will be, so you are never left wondering where you are in the healing process.

Any treatment performed by Tranquility Pelvic Health is covered by out-of network benefits. Those are individual to each insurance plan. You will always receive a superbill from me at the end of each appointment that you can use for reimbursement. I also accept HSA/FSA.
