My Story
I founded Tranquility because I believe pelvic health care should be accessible, approachable, and empowering. Too often, people are left feeling like they have to simply live with pain, discomfort, or changes in their bodies—or that certain pelvic health concerns are too uncomfortable to talk about.
I myself have needed pelvic floor physical therapy - prior to having my daughter, during pregnancy and postpartum post-cesarean. These experiences have shaped the way I approach my work: with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to creating a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your experiences, and being an active participant in your care.
As a pelvic health physical therapist and birth doula, I take a whole-person approach to care. I recognize that our physical experiences are deeply connected to how we feel, move through the world, and navigate major life transitions. Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, managing chronic pelvic pain, or simply looking to better understand your body, my goal is to meet you where you are and provide individualized care that feels supportive and empowering.
Your body shouldn’t be something you feel uncomfortable talking about. You deserve to understand it, feel confident in it, and have the support you need along the way.
I’m so glad you’re here. You deserve to feel your best.
