Pregnancy and Labor Doula Services
From just thinking about getting pregnant to the postpartum phase, every aspect of pregnancy and labor can be a vulnerable place to be. I strive to reassure my clients through education, empathy, and physical & emotional support.
It’s such an honor for me to help individuals and their families navigate the healthcare system, provide comfort and support, and advocate for their desires and needs. I believe every birth is different, every birthing person's wants and needs are different, and I would love to help you in any way I can during this time.

I offer two doula packages outlined below, and single birth preparation appointments at $250 per appointment. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to learn more about myself or this process! I'd love to hear from you. My goal is to make sure you feel safe, supported, and encouraged during this exciting time!

Please note a 10% discount is offered to returning clients.
