About

Hi, I'm Rebba!

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Hospital-Based Birth Doula. I’m passionate about lifting clients up throughout their lives — especially navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period.

I feel it’s a privilege to have my clients trust me with their care in this vulnerable time, especially women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, who often don’t feel heard by the healthcare system.

It’s such an honor for me to help individuals and their families navigate the healthcare system, provide comfort and support, and advocate for their desires and needs. I believe every birth is different, and every birthing person's wants and needs are different, and I would love to help you in any way I can during this time.

Tranquility Pelvic Health offers mobile physical therapy, in-home or virtual services, as well as birth doula services. We believe pelvic floor physical therapy can help clients keep doing activities they love for longer during pregnancy and return earlier to postpartum.

We can come to your home early postpartum to assist you with various body mechanics training to reduce discomfort with activities of daily living including bending, lifting, or bathroom activities. We can help with return to activities safely, and provide education on postpartum norms. You don’t have to wait until symptoms start to receive treatment. We can develop a program to assist you through pregnancy and postpartum to help you achieve your goals.

Our birth doula services come in three different packages. Linked here. Doula services include birth preparation, postpartum follow-up, and pelvic floor physical therapy screening.
